Shipping Policy

  1. Address information

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address.
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

  1. Estimated shipping

The estimated Shipping date is about 2-6 days, based on business days and they do not include weekends and holidays.
Please note that special orders may have a longer processing and manufacturing time frame.

With additional safety precautions around COVID-19 we are fulfilling all orders in a timely manner with 95% of our orders arriving on time. Some deliveries may be delayed and we appreciate your patience during this time.

  1. Shipping notification

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email.
This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into the track my order page with your Order ID and Email.

Change order details

  1. How do I change my shipping address?

We can change your shipping address until your item has been sent for packaging, at which point we carefully prepare your personalized jewellery for shipping.

To change your address before an order has shipped, please contact us.

  1. My address on my shipping confirmation is incorrect, what should I do?

If you forgot to include an apartment number, or if there is a slight typo in the address, the order will most likely return to us. Once it does we can easily update the shipping address for you and resend it. Please contact us with the following details:

  • Name (including street, number, apt number)
  • City
  • Postcode
  • Country

 You can use your tracking number to see if the package has returned to us. Unfortunately, sometimes the order gets lost in the mail and does not return to us. If this happens please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

  1. How do I add another item to my order?

In order to add an item you’ll need to place a new order, but we can combine them into one shipment so that your items arrive together.
All you need to do is contact us: info@element-star.com.

And write add an item to my order.
